The attentive staff in all departments, including the front desk, bar, and restaurants, made us feel welcome and well taken care of. The food in the restaurant for dinner was really good, with well-presented and well-prepared dishes. The location of the hotel was also a highlight. It was in a lovely setting, in a peaceful area close to everything. Plus, being next door to the Norton factory was a unique and interesting aspect of the location. The view from our executive suite room overlooking the river was great, and the room itself was plenty big enough. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, transportation options, and the relaxed atmosphere of the hotel added to our enjoyable experience.

Staff were brilliant, wi-fi was free, and I loved its unbeatable location close to East Midlands airport, the river and Donnington race circuit. Room was warm: extremely comfy bed, clean bathroom.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location, set on the river, was absolutely stunning. The river was illuminated in the evenings, creating a truly magical ambiance. The staff provided excellent service and were very accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The room was clean and comfortable, and I had all the amenities I needed.
